New Tenants Coming to Creekside
New shops and restaurants coming soon to Lake Nona Creekside plaza

Lake Nona residents will have a new location to fuel up with a 7-Eleven set to open within the 60,000-square-foot Lake Nona Creekside shopping center. The eight-pump station will be located just off Boggy Creek Road, giving residents and visitors a convenient location to refuel before getting on SR-417. It’s expected to open early next year.
In addition to 7-Eleven, Creekside feature the second Lake Nona location of Giovanni’s full-service Italian restaurant and pizzeria set to open in 2019 along with Nationwide Vision, AT&T, and Lee Nails that are all expected to open before the end of the year. These new additions join the anchor of Lake Nona Creekside, a 46,000-square-foot Publix, set to open in October 2018.
The grocery and retail space are just the beginning for the Lake Nona Creekside property. Future plans for the area include additional tenants for the shopping center and a 120-room hotel to serve airport travelers and Lake Nona visitors.
Creekside will support Lake Nona’s growing community east of Boggy Creek Road including Ariel Apartments, Somerset Park neighborhood, Voxx International Headquarters, and the 2.3-million-square-foot Amazon distribution center set to open this summer.
